Method A — Facial steam & sinus clear (bridal facial care):
Add a handful of scented sea salt into a bowl of hot water or a face steamer. Dampen a small towel or lean over the steam with a towel over your head to inhale the aromatic steam. This clears sinuses, opens pores, and acts as a soft bridal facial care treatment. Use at least 3 times a week.
Method B — Foot & spa detox soak:
Dissolve 2–3 tablespoons into a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes to soften tough skin, ease tired muscles, and draw out impurities.
Important: Do not use raw dry salt to rub directly onto knees, elbows, or sensitive body skin — this can cause micro-tears and irritation.
