How to use
Daily brushing: Apply a pea-sized amount onto a damp toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, reaching all tooth surfaces and gums, then rinse well with warm water. Intense mineral treatment (optional): Apply a thin layer to clean teeth with a clean finger or soft brush. Leave on for 1–2 minutes to allow the bentonite clay and micro-minerals to nourish enamel, then brush gently and rinse.
