• Payment: card payments are processed by Ziina. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cash-on-delivery orders still need your contact and address details.
• Communications: WhatsApp, email, and B2B enquiry messages you send us.
• Technical: essential cookies for cart and sign-in. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Pixel load only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
We use this data to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal duties, and — with your consent — understand how the shop is used.
Who we share it with
Firebase (hosting, authentication, and order records), Ziina (payments), and — only with your consent — Google and TikTok (analytics and ads). Firebase and Google may process data outside the UAE. We share only what each provider needs for that job. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and account records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the purchase, handle returns, and meet UAE record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at info@theghanashop.com. We will not delete records we must keep for accounting, tax, or a dispute.
