1. Shop and prices
Retail prices are in AED and shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and limit quantities. Product colours and handmade texture may vary slightly from photos.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp, or when payment (card or cash on delivery) is successfully processed. We may refuse fraudulent or incomplete orders.
3. Shipping
Checkout delivers across the UAE: 32 AED, or free on orders of 250 AED and above, and free when the product page says shipping is included. Cash on delivery is UAE only and adds a 10 AED fee. Delivery to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait is arranged before payment, at the courier fee we confirm with you. Delivery dates are estimates.
4. Returns
The Return & Refund Policy at https://theghanashop.com/returns is part of these terms. Unopened, unused retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. You pay return postage for a change of mind. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned, for hygiene. If we sent a wrong, damaged, leaking, or defective item, we replace it or refund the original payment. That includes custom, Glow, and B2B orders.
5. Liability
Products are cosmetics for external use, not medicines. Follow the label and patch-test before full use. We are not liable for misuse or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under UAE consumer law, or any liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
